identifying and providing a defects list which can be submitted back to building contractor. for remediation, identifying a defect list which can be submitted to sub-contractors on behalf of the main contractor.

To produce a recommendation/maintenance requirement report which identifies areas of the building/structure that require remedial works carried out.

Capital will carry out inspections to client’s specific requirements and submit relevant reports which may include HD Photographs and footage if required including Hotels, restaurants, Guest housing, Retail outlets etc.
